Ford will be representing Ethian Hugo as a make-up artist for editorial, fashion shows and commercial assignments in the United States markets.

Most recently Ethian has applied his make-up prowess magic wand on the faces of international designer Carolina Herrera for the opening of her boutique in Miami’s upscale open-air shopping mall Bal Harbour Shops. American actress Brittany Murphy and Italian designer Anna Molinari for the opening of Blumarine boutique. As well as pop celebrity Thalia for the cover of Social Affair July issue magazine.

Iconic designer, Carolina Herrera, introduced her new boutique in South Florida on Wednesday night at the Bal Harbour Shops in Miami.  She hired make-up artist Ethian Hugo as her personal make-up artist for the event.

Herrera’s  new boutique is an intimate 2,000 square foot space is furnished with macassar wood tables and finishes, an oversized picture frame, and crescent shaped couches and club chairs upholstered in signature Herrera brown and ivory satin stripe.  It was designed to mirror Herrera’s sense of elegance, luxury, and sophisticated modernity.  This boutique features the Carolina New York Collection, The Carolina Herrera Bridal Collection, sunglasses, as well as Judith Leiber, Nancy Gonzalez, Manolo Blahnik, and Faraone Mennella accessories.

This is the 4th store, right after New York City, Los Angeles and Dallas. The 5th store is slated to be open in Las Vegas.

The night was hosted by Telemundo “Al Rojo Vivo” host and producer Maria Celeste Arraras and Miami Socialite Lourdes Fanjul.

Ethian Hugo make-up artist for Fendi’s fashion show

Viva Miami … In celebration of the redesigned FENDI flagship at Bal Harbour Shops, FENDI along with Yolanda Berkowitz, Diane de Olazara, Allison Holly, Stacy Milon, Darlene Perez and Carole Seikaly hosted a Bellini brunch and fashion runway show at the private Club 50 at Viceroy Miami.

The event was the U.S. debut of FENDI’s Spring/Summer 2009 collection as seen only in Milan prior and a toast to FENDI’s loyal South Florida brand enthusiasts.

The standout piece was the “Peek-a-Boo” bag, that features one side draped open and is available in a wide range of materials from colored leathers, textured raffia, exotic skins to a limited edition 24 karat.

The hostesses gathered over 100 of their closest fashionista-friends including Ana Maria Celeste, Brenda Nestor Castellano and Lydia Prio Touzet, to nibble on hors d’oeuvres including morsel-sized Eggs Benedict, Stone Crab & Shrimp Shots and decadent petite desserts served on sterling silver trays while sipping on Moet Chandon and Mimosas.

Rocstar, Inc. secured a M.A.C. cosmetics sponsorship deal for celebrity hair and make-up artist Ethian Hugo. The beauty brand sponsored Ethian Hugo to appear in Brickell Magazine, a beauty tips video presentation and a make-over contest featuring the season’s cosmetic line.
